Had a few hiccups. My eyes are complicated but Carla the manager was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me and even got me in for a recheck with Dr. Phu. I appreciate both of them working to help me due to my complicated situation. They were both extremely kind.

I had a fantastic annual vision exam with Dr. Phu and her team!! From intake to checkout, Wendy, Gloria, Lupa, and Karla were efficient and very resourceful with my questions and concerns. Wendy and Lupa were very welcoming and accommodating when I mistakenly misscheduled my appointment, and Karla went above and beyond to secure the best pricing for my contacts and glasses. Gloria patiently walked me through my glasses lens replacement options and helped me pick an option that worked best for my lifestyle. Dr. Phu was very detailed with my exam and made sure all of my questions were answered. I’m so happy to have found such a great team to trust with my care!
